Ladystyling Weekend at the beautiful domain of De Uelenspieghel in Uffelte, surrounded by the enchanting nature of Drenthe.
The dance room has a wooden floor. You can rent a cabin, a room or a camping space. Relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, swim in the lake, walk in the woods, make music together, and of course dance tango! All meals are biological, vegetarian and of exquisite quality.

About Cosima's Ladystyling

This seminar we will focussed on embellishments (adornos), connected to the music and your feeling, with organic movements, comfortably and with presence. With the knowlegde Cosima gathered during her 21 years of tango experience (music & dance), and her investigations and profound studies of body mechanics, tango music, and tango history, she created a unique and very efficient method for tangueras. The method is based on th

e most recent insights of learning processes in the fields of arts (in specific dance & music) and physical excercise. It helps you to improve your tango skills fast and effective, to move with more comfort, freedom & grace. You will feel the benefits of Cosima's method, and you will appreciate your dance as a 'follower', as a Tanguera, even more!

Seminar for followers (m/f)

This seminar is created for tangueras y tangueros in the following role. We will be spending part of our time on embellishments (adornos), connected to the music and your feeling, and part time on moving as a tanguera organically, comfortably and with presence. The organic movements and adornos will be trained with music during the daily Tango Styling Choreo.

Vrijdag

18:00 uur Soep (optioneel, vooraf aanmelden bij Annette)
20:00 uur Workshop Versieringen: 'piqués, patadas y petit battements'
21:00 uur Práctica met verse appeltaart, brownies & thee
Je kunt tijdens de práctica verder dansen en oefenen.
Alternatief kun je naar de UelenCinema voor een gezellig filmavondje.

Zaterdag

08:00 - 11:00 uur Ontbijt
10:00 uur Stretch - Core - Relax (een combinatie van pilates, yoga, oefentherapie)
11:00 uur Workshop Perfecte Pivots: 'de 4 manieren om te pivoteren in de tango' - nieuwe technieken die je bijna nergens leert!
12:00 uur Tango Styling Choreo: de mooiste dansbewegingen inoefenen met Cosima
13:00 uur Lunch
14:00 uur Vrije tijd / Boswandeling
16:00 uur Workhop 'arrastres, barridas, enrosques'
17:00 uur Koffie, Thee, Koekjes, Chocolade
17:00 uur Tango Styling Choreo: de mooiste dansbewegingen inoefenen met Cosima
18:00 uur Diner
20:00 - 20:30 uur Repetitie Tango Styling Choreo
's Avonds is het weer een vrij programma. Je kunt in de danszaal verder dansen & oefenen.
Andere ideeën: musiceren, zingen, ontspannende yogales of in de UelenCinema een film bekijken.

13:00 uur Lunch
14:00 uur Vrije tijd
15:00 uur Workshop Speciale Effecten: 'arrastres, barridas, enrosques'
16:00 uur Koffie, Thee, Koekjes, Chocolade
16:15 uur Feestlijke afsluiting met volledige Tango Styling Choreo!

Dit seminar vindt plaats op De Uelenspieghel, Winkelsteeg 5, Uffelte (NL)

Totaalprijs ALL-IN: 280 euro p.p. (waarvan 140 euro te betalen aan De Uelenspieghel, en 140 euro aan Puro Tango)

De prijs is gebaseerd op een tweepersoonskamer in De Uelenspieghel.
Toeslag bij single room: plus 20 euro bij de totaalprijs.
Korting bij kamperen: minus 30 euro van de totaalprijs.
Korting bij caravan: minus 35 euro van de totaalprijs.
